Wine Review: This very dark opaque purple colored wine opens with a fruity berry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, smooth, and has a dry mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a juicy black currant and blackberry. The finish continues to be quite dry and its manageable tannins sail on for quite sometime. We felt this wine would pair nicely with a hearty beef stew. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The visual appeal of this dark purple wine fills your glass with beauty and is accompanied by aromas of fresh leather and tobacco, layered by hints of vanilla. The full mouth feel is approachable with elegant tannins that melt into flavors of bacon fat and dark berry fruits. Enjoy the power of this wine now or lay it down for the next 5 to 7 years.
