Wine Review: This light yellow colored wine tied for second place in our recent mini tasting of Rieslings from the Finger Lakes. It opens with a faint citrus and lemon like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and very nicely balanced. It displays very tasty green apple flavors and pleasant notes of minerality and honey. The finish is semi-dry and lingers quite nicely. We felt this wine would pair very nicely with steamed mussels in a white wine butter broth. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Clear, pale lemon in color, showing peach, apricot and honey notes in the nose. The Riesling is medium bodied and showing soft tree fruit, honey and lemon in the mouth with a refreshing finish.
