Wine Review: This wine was the winner of our mini tasting of Finger Lakes Rieslings. This light yellow colored wine opens with a faint green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, very nicely balanced, smooth, and displays off dry green apple flavors with a touch of honey. There are notes of green grape flavors as well. The finish is slightly sweet and it lingers quite nicely. We felt this Riesling would be a perfect accompaniment for lobster bisque or chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken
