Wine Review: This Italian beauty was a new discovery for me at this year’s Boston Wine Expo. It’s a ruby colored wine that opens with a black cherry and oak like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth, and elegant with rich black currant like flavors. There are also notes of oak present as well. The finish is quite dry and it sails on for quite some time. Enjoy this impressive wine with beef bourguignon. Cheers - Ken
