Wine Review: This very dark opaque purple colored wine opens with a fragrant ripe black raspberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and balanced with some noticeable, but integrated acidity. The flavor profile is a ripe red raspberry with notes of black cherry and spice. The finish is quite dry and its tingly tannins are a bit prolonged. We decided this wine would pair quite nicely with grilled barbecue steak tips. Enjoy - Ken
