Wine Review: This very dark opaque purple colored wine opens with a moderate boysenberry jam like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth, and nicely balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty blueberry and plum. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are a little dusty. This wine would pair well with smoked cheeses or aged Greyure. Enjoy – Ken
