Wine Review: This "Reserve" level Cabernet Sauvignon from 14 Hands shocked the Tasting Panel and won our recent blind tasting. It is slightly opaque and dark red colored. It opens with an inviting blueberry, plum and coffee bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and very smooth. The flavor profile is a delicious blueberry and red cherry blend with notes of craisin. We also detected hints of oak and black tea mixed in. The finish is dry and its moderate dusty and soft tannins drift away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this gem with a filet mignon. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This robust Cabernet shows concentrated aromas of black cherry with hints of mint and earth notes. Rich, dense flavors of blackberry, currant and plum are joined by touches of licorice, while velvety tannins provide mouth-filling structure. Pair with grilled ribeye steak & sundried mushroom tart.
