Wine Review: This pale coral colored wine opens with a stony mineral and watermelon blend with a hint of red cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with light acidity. The flavor profile is similar to the nose. It features a stony mineral and watermelon blend with notes of nectarine and white tea. I also detected a hint of blood orange towards the end. The finish is dry and very refreshing. I would pair this with a jasmine rice salad with rock shrimp and asparagus. Enjoy - Ken
