Wine Review: This carnation pink colored wine opens with a strawberry and candied red cherry bouquet with a hint of kumquat. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. It nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is mild mineral infused lime and clementine blend with notes of guava. We also detected some hints of ruby grapefruit and golden raisin mixed in. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel would pair this Rose with fresh sliced salmon or a mahi-mahi fish taco. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Color: beautiful, pink with touches of watermelon and taffy.
On the nose: explosion of rose petals, English candy, bubblegum, tangerine, and grenadine.
On the palate: Fresh but sweet entrance of watermelon candy, raspberry, blood orange candy and lingering on guava and fresh lemon.
