Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Albarino opens with a mild apple bouquet with hints of lime and tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and polished. The flavor profile is a delicious mild green apple with hints of Bosc pear, lime and minerality. The finish is dry and fresh. This wine would be perfect with grilled lemon chicken. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: A full-bodied, serious, dry Albarino similar to its sibling Morgadio incorporating wines made from the first pressing in a comparatively softer and more floral style.
