Wine Review: This bright ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a mild black cherry with a hint of black raspberry and faint oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is an oak infused black plum with hints of black raspberry. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. This Pinot has a bit of a rustic edge and it would pair well with comfort foods like beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This wine is both elegant and intense, offering layered aromas of red raspberries, fresh Oregon strawberries, brown spice and cedar. Its aromas are reflected on a palate that speaks of purity and elegance, and is exceptionally balanced with silky tannins and a persistent finish. This wine will pair beautifully with the Pinot Noir classics - lamb, duck, grilled salmon, and aged cheeses.
