Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Adelsheim is impressive. It opens with a mild black plum and dried cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is very nicely balanced, delicate, and super silky smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty Bing cherry and stone dust blend with notes of cinnamon. I also detected some hints of red raspberry tea. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity and fine-grained tannins are sustained for a very long time. This Pinot is refined and very food friendly. I would pair this graceful Pinot with beef carpaccio. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: In classic Bryan Creek fashion this wine is a sneaker wave of flavor. There are delightful aromas of grated ginger, kirsch, black tea, and peony framed by a pleasing interplay of tension and plushness. I will happily let this wine take me wherever it wants to go.
