Wine Review: This very deep red colored Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with a black plum and damp earth bouquet with a hint of moist pipe tobacco. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, savory and has nice tension. The flavor profile is a loam and pomegranate blend with notes of oolong tea. We also detected hints of red plum and roasted red pepper. The finish is dry, and its tannins build up and linger and last for quite a while. Enjoy – Ken & Dave

Winemaker Notes: As our flagship Pinot Noir, this wine expresses our entire estate’s dramatically diverse terroir. An outlier within the famous sub-region of the Dundee Hills AVA. Overall, 2019 was a relatively cool vintage that resulted in excellent, balanced wines with restrained alcohol levels.
