Wine Review: This opaque and midnight blue colored red blend opens with a mild blueberry bouquet with a hint of gentle oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty mild blueberry with hints of oak, minerality, and dark chocolate. The finish is dry and its well managed tannins show very nice length. This wine would pair well with a NY strip steak. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: dark ink with touches of ruby and purple on the rim On the Nose: dense expression of dark cherry and blackberry with touches of lavender, cedar, cigar box, leather and ashes balanced with fresh cut violet, touches of kirsch and sauted mushrooms On the Palate: velvety entrance of blue and black berries with hints of plum, geranium leaves and violet candy, lingering on dark cherry and tomato stems.
