Wine Review: This light yellow colored unoaked Chardonnay from Alpha Omega is very impressive. It opens with a mild pear like bouquet with a hint of honey and pineapple. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, smooth and slightly viscous. The flavor profile is a delicious Anjou pear with notes of almond, green apple and hints of lemon verbena. The finish is dry and its delicate flavors drift away nicely. This Chardonnay is very food friendly and I would pair it with Legal Sea Foods crab stuffed halibut. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: brilliant shiny white gold with hints of diamond On the Nose: explosion of pear, granite and bubble gum with touches of white pepper, persimmon, mango and white chocolate On the Palate: bright, fresh entrance evolving on lemon, grapefruit and white peach lingering on minerality, quince and jasmine
