Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a green pepper and white grapefruit bouquet with hints of wet stone, fresh cut grass and lemon zest. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is soft and bright. The flavor profile is white grapefruit and chalky minerality blend with notes of honeydew melon. We also detected hints of lychee, green pepper, and nectarine pit. The finish is dry and lingers a for a very long time. The Panel would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with shrimp and bay-scallop risotto with mushrooms or with fish fajitas. Enjoy – KWGTP
