Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a very fragrant yellow grapefruit, asparagus, and pineapple bouquet with hints of papaya and lemon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, fresh, and creamy. The flavor profile is an intense blend of juicy yellow grapefruit, stony minerality and lime. We also detected some hints of chamomile tea, Meyer lemon, and a touch of papaya at the very end. The finish is dry and very refreshing. The Tasting Panel could certainly enjoy this Sauvignon Blanc on its own. With food, we would pair it with grilled swordfish steaks, seared scallops, or a crab cocktail. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Sight: Pale straw yellow with hints of silver and lime green.
Nose: Aromas of papayas and Fuji apples are accented by notes of lime zest, shortbread cookies, green peas and citrus blossoms.
Palate: Flavors of lemon oil, nectarine, nutmeg and oregano are complemented by lively acidity and a wet slate mineral finish.
