Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a blueberry and mild cola like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a gentle black plum and strawberry blend with notes of cedar and a hint of red raspberry and dark chocolate. The finish is dry and its fruit and a touch of acidity linger for a little while after the wine is gone. This wine is pretty food friendly. I would pair it with thyme seasoned pork tenderloin or a pepper encrusted tuna. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Bright aromas of raspberry, currant and fresh plum explode from the glass, and draw us toward flavors which are similarly bright and possess amazing purity and focus on raspberry, blueberry and spice. Mouthwatering acidity is prevalent throughout; and the finish is vibrant, refreshing and incredibly satisfying. Absolutely delicious and incredibly balanced, this Pinot Noir is an obvious choice for moderately spiced entrees or careful, long-term cellaring.
