Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Amici opens with an inviting blueberry, vanilla-cola bouquet. With hints of black plum and blackberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and has a round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a tasty blueberry and mineral blend with notes of toasty oak. We also detected hints of plum and currant mixed in. The finish is dry and its well-managed tannins stick around for a very long time. The Panel suggested pairing this Cab with a well-marbled ribeye steak or prime rib. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The 2018 Amici Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is a dense, rich and beautifully textured wine. Powerful aromas of cocoa, raspberry and blackberry pie are accented by hints of sage and crème de cassis. On the palate, flavors of black cherry, blackberry and dark chocolate carry the full-bodied palate through a long, mouthwatering finish laced with cedar box and black peppercorns.
