Wine Review: This bright strawberry red colored Pinot opens with a shy and mild strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a gentle mild strawberry with hints of black cherry and a slight touch of oak. The finish is dry and its mild tannins drift away nicely. This Pinot is a good food wine. While it does not have a ton of structure, it makes up for that with its friendliness. I would pair it with a tuna burger. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The aromas and flavors of red and dark fruits, such as cherries and raspberries, along with notes of smoke, spice and earthiness underneath, best characterize our 2008 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. This wonderfully textured 2008 version, features brilliant acidity and immense length. It will surely be a best buy value wine.
