Wine Review: This dark yellow colored Chardonnay from Anaba opens with a banana, oak and pineapple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, rich and creamy. The flavor profile is an oak influenced green apple with notes of butter, nectarine and a touch of honey. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for quite some time. This rich styled Chard would pair nicely with lobster bisque. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A pretty bouquet of citrus blossom, candied lemon rind and very subtle oak leads to a beautifully balanced creamy palate with soft tannins. Nectarine, mandarin orange, lemon zest and a touch of brioche toast round out the refined texture of this wine showcasing bright, structured acid.
