Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from Anaba opens with an oak influenced lemon bouquet with a hint of pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and round. The flavor profile is a mild lemon verbena and almond blend with notes of gentle minerality and some Anjou pear. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Chard would pair nicely with a seafood casserole. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Rich aromatics of orange blossom, orange oil, and lemon custard fill the nose. The palate is opulent and complex. Ripe fruit, lemon cream and sweet herb come together with bright acidity.
