Wine Review: This light red colored Pinot Noir from Anaba opens with a mild pomegranate bouquet with a hint of cherry-vanilla. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied, balanced, elegant, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty mild red plum and cinnamon blend with hints of cherry-cola and wild strawberry. The finish is dry and its flavors gracefully drift away. This Pinot is food friendly and would pair nicely with a grilled pork chop with a brown sugar and soy marinade. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Complex yet inviting notes of black tea, Santa Rosa plum and wild blackberries meet the nose. Muddled cranberries, dried fruit and vanilla grace a medium-textured palate. With lingering tannins on the finish, this wine, as always, is truly age-worthy.
