Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine opens with a flinty stone and mild strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well-balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral influenced mild watermelon with hints of citrus, faint red cherry and a dash of white pepper. The finish is dry and its well-managed acidity is refreshing. Serve this crowd-pleasing Rose slightly chilled at the beach or poolside this summer. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Lifted notes of white peach, wild raspberry, grapefruit, and Honey Crisp apple are supported by a mineral backbone and a pretty floral bouquet. The acid is focused with nice, balanced structure. Delicate, yet mouth-filling, flavors of wild strawberry, grapefruit, peach skin and white tea leaves come together in this brilliant and vibrant sipper.
