Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon (Triple Diamond Vineyard) and Syrah (Kiler Canyon) blend from Anarchy opens with a black currant and black cherry bouquet with hints of cola and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, lively, and zesty. The flavor profile is red currant and red raspberry blend with notes of cinnamon tea and stony minerality. We also detected hints of cedar, clove, and black pepper. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and polished tannins are nicely extended. We would pair this versatile red blend with a rack of lamb. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Nose: Very floral with bright red raspberry and dense black currant, Blueberry with hints of mushroom, forest floor and violets.
Palate: Wow, a showstopper! Big fruit and structure intertwined with layers of raspberry, blueberry, black currant with high note hints of cherry that shows the healthy acidity. The big mid palette structure trails into cascading layers of black fruit and mocha. Chocolate covered cherries that trail into s sexy oak finish!
