Wine Review: This cloudy and dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon based blend from Anarchy opens with a wet stone and blueberry bouquet with hints of leather and black currant. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, very smooth, and seamless. The flavor profile is a cassis and dark chocolate blend with notes of black cherry and black pepper. We also detected hints of oak and oolong tea. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and its dusty tannins linger and last for quite a while. We would pair this Cab with a well-marbled ribeye. Enjoy - KWGTP
