Wine Review: This opaque and black colored wine opens with a blackberry and gentle black currant bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp and shows nice acidity. The flavor profile is a juicy plum and black cherry blend with notes of old oak and a hint of blueberry. The finish is dry and its mild tingly tannins linger slightly. This wine paired very well with veal marsala. Enjoy - Ken
