Wine Review: This bright ruby colored Pinot Noir from Anthill Farms opens with a black cherry, raspberry and strawberry bouquet with hints of cinnamon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The flavor profile is a tasty spiced black raspberry with notes of stony minerality, and mild strawberry. I also detected hints dried herbs and white tea. The finish is dry, and its medium dusty tannins linger and last for quite a while. I would pair this Pinot with duck confit. Enjoy - Ken
