Wine Review: This pale straw colored Semi-Dry Riesling opens with a mild green grape and Anjou pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is semi-dry, slightly acidic, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty pear and apple blend with notes of apricot. The finish is semi-dry and lingers nicely. I would pair this very good value Riesling with chicken lo-mein. Enjoy - Ken
