Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Pinot Gris from Anthony Road in the Finger Lakes region of New York opens with a bosc pear and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, seamless, and fresh. The flavor profile is chalky minerality and lime blend with notes of bosc pear and saline. I also detected hints of ginger. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity are very refreshing. I would pair this Pinot Gris with a spring salad with chicken. Enjoy - Ken
