Wine Review: This white gold colored Chardonnay opens with a mild baked golden delicious apple and gentle pineapple bouquet with hints of banana and flinty stone. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium acidity. It is delicate, soft, and juicy. The flavor profile is gentle lime zest, pineapple, and fine mineral blend with notes of green apple. We also detected hints of saline and subtle oak mixed in. The finish is dry, and its flavors are sustained nicely. The Panel would pair this classy Chard with a baked Dover sole or broiled scallops. Enjoy – KWGTP
