Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Archery Summit opens with a wild cherry and strawberry bouquet with hints of cinnamon, violet, red raspberry, and juniper. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, and delicate. The flavor profile is a very tasty strawberry and red plum blend with notes of cranberry and black pepper. We also detected some hints of black tea, loam, and gentle red raspberry. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity and moderate tannins are nicely extended. The Tasting Panel would pair this Pinot with a grilled salmon burger or with mushroom risotto. Enjoy – KWGTP

Finishing with spiced oak and a mouth-coating basalt minerality, this wine is great now and will be for years to come.
