Wine Review: This white gold colored Sparkling Wine from Oregon opens lots of random medium bubbles. The bouquet features bread dough and apple aromas with a hint of honey. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and bright. The flavor profile is a brioche and chalky minerality blend with notes of white pepper and green apple. I also detected hints of white tea and lemon. The finish is dry and very refreshing. I would enjoy this on its own with close friends on the beach! With food, try it with broiled scallops. Enjoy – Ken
