Wine Review: This clear and pale straw-colored Chardonnay from Arnaud Ente is excellent! It opens with a poached pear and mild oak bouquet with hints of ginger tea. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, bright, and graceful. The flavor profile is green apple and lemon blend with notes of green tea and white peach. I also detected hints of saline and Anjou pear. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. Everyone that tried this wine loved it. I would pair this refreshing Chard with a pan-seared Chilean sea bass. Enjoy - Ken
