Wine Review: This coral pink colored Pinot Grigio Rose opens with an inviting tropical bouquet featuring quince, light lemon, and lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and smooth, with lively crisp acidity. The flavor profile is a slightly tangy lemon, grapefruit, tangerine blend with notes of cherries and strawberries. The finish is dry, pleasant, and lingers. I would recommend pairing this Italian Rose with a cedar plank grilled salmon. - Joe

Winemaker Notes: Typical rosé color with litchi-hued nuances, Ramato’s perfume is intense with dominating fragrances of peach and broom shrub that gradually lead into an enveloping sensation of marasca cherry. On the palate, the 2021 vintage is resolute and perfectly balanced and impresses for its great dynamism, persistence and a finish of gooseberry and citrus peel. A perfect partner to sweeter cured meats and prosciutto, as well as pasta with vegetables sauces or shellfish.
