Wine Review: This goldenrod colored dessert wine opens with a raisin and mango bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic, and a bit viscous. The flavor profile is a plump raisin with notes of apricot, pineapple syrup and light honey. The finish is mildly sweet. The group thought with interesting and different tasting dessert wine would pair well with a moist pound cake. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Treat yourself to the celebrated Vignoles grape ripened to golden perfection until late autumn, then frozen to create the ultimate dessert wine. Flaunting exhilarating flavors of orange blossom, honey and tangerine, savor each succulent sip for an after-dinner experience or enjoy with apple pie and sharp New York cheddar.
