Wine Review: This bright yellow colored Chardonnay opens with an attractive lemon bouquet with hints of faint oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty lemon with notes of mild oak. I also detected faint hints of pineapple and minerality. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Chardonnay is very food friendly and was popular with our mini-tasting group. I would pair it with shrimp scampi. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This barrel fermented, full bodied Chardonnay has mouth filling citrus fruit and a palate cleansing, bright finish. It will become richer and more complex with age.
