Wine Review: This clear and light red colored Pinot Noir from Au Bon Climat opens with red cherry and teaberry gum bouquet with hints of cinnamon and strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round and bright. The flavor profile is mild teaberry gum and Bing cherry blend with notes of cedar and clay. We also detected some hints of strawberry and dried herbs towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Pinot Noir with roast turkey breast with a sausage, apple and cranberry stuffing. Enjoy – KWGTP
