Wine Review: This fresh, easy-going French Chardonnay is a bright medium yellow color and shows a reserved bouquet of pineapple, white peach, and apple blossom aromas. It is very easy to drink with a medium body, medium-plus acidity, a slightly round mouthfeel, and good structure. The flavors are a lovely blend of white peach, gravely minerality, lemon zest and a hint of green apple. The finish is dry and lasts a while. Serve chilled with seared halibut with a lemon caper sauce. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: This Mâcon-Villages is brimming with crisp, clean flavors of white flower and crisp yellow fruit, evoking a lovely, generous freshness that lingers in the mouth. Beautiful richness and length on the palate while staying nicely light.
