Wine Review: This dark red Pinot Noir opens with a musty and smoky oak and red cherry bouquet. The flavor profile is unique. It features cedar influenced strawberry flavors with notes of minerality, red plum and Slim Jim. The finish is dry and its moderate acidity and flavors linger nicely. This is a classic South African styled wine. If you like this style, you will like this well-made Pinot. I would pair it with roast duck with an orange and ginger sauce. Enjoy – Ken
