Wine Review: This very good, medium golden yellow Chardonnay is very aromatic, with lemon curd, flint, honeycrisp apple and oak aromas. On the palate, it is medium bodied with medium acidity. It is also crisp and balanced with a creamy mouthfeel. There are flavors of honeydew, pear, mango, fresh apricot and light mineralty with a hint of vanilla. The finish is long and dry with a note of lemon peel. The restrained oak makes this very food versatile. It would pair well with Dungeness crab with drawn butter. – Mark (SIP Certified)

Winemaker Notes: A bright but complex Chardonnay, this wine has upfront favors of crisp pear, lemon zest, pineapple, and hints of vanilla. Aromas of citrus and honeydew melon highlight the chalky minerality that runs throughout. This wine is smooth and balanced with refined acid structure, and a nice creamy finish.
