Wine Review: Are you looking for a fun summertime wine to enjoy with friends on a hot day in July? Here you go. Rosa Regale! It is a red raspberry colored sparkler with very tiny bubbles. It opens with a mild strawberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, bubbly, and pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is a tasty sweet black cherry with hints of strawberry mixed in. The finish continues to be sweet and enjoyable. At 7% alcohol this wine will be easy to consume in the summers heat. All that try it will enjoy! Cheers - Ken
