Wine Review: This pale yellow summer sipper opens with a pleasant light citrus like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and crisp with gentle acidity. The flavor profile is a mineral infused citrus. The finish is dry and refreshing. This quaffing wine will be a crowd pleaser and would pair nicely with bacon wrapped scallops at a wedding or pool party. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Straw yellow color. The bouquet is extremely fruity with notes of pear and citrus fruits. The wine has a well structured and round body enriched by lively acidity. Great persistence.
