Wine Review: This delightful wine from Virginia is a pale white gold color which has a vibrant bouquet of pink grapefruit, lemongrass, green apple peel and notes of jasmine and green herbs. On the palate it is dry with an almost oily mouthfeel, light bodied, moderately acidic and nicely balanced. There are flavors of pink grapefruit, saline, crushed stone, white peach, and chamomile tea. The finish is long and zesty with a pleasant grapefruit pith bitterness. Pair with Chesapeake Bay fried soft-shell crab sandwiches. - Mark
