Wine Review: This ruby colored red blend from Beckmen opens with a blackberry bouquet with a hint of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, juicy and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty mild blackberry with hints of oak and a touch of plum and black pepper. The finish is dry and its medium tannins fade away nicely. Joe and I felt this very good red wine would pair well with a bacon burger. Enjoy - Ken
