Wine Review: This medium coral colored Grenache based opens with a little effervescence. We also detected a rose petal, wet stone and wild strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced red cherry and lime blend with notes of red raspberry tea. The finish is dry, refreshing and has nice length. This Rose is very quaffable and would pair well with a real N'awlins Muffuletta. Enjoy - Ken
