Wine Review: The very pale straw colored Vermentino from Bella Grace has a surprisingly big nose of apples, citrus and straw. It is light bodied and displays some zippy acidity. The apples continue on the palate, along with orange and nicely integrated minerality. The finish is long and slightly spicy. I would enjoy a glass of this Vermentino with some gnocchi and pesto. - Mark
