Wine Review: This strawberry red colored Rose opens with a mild wild rose and faint orange bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, round, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a pleasant mild strawberry with hints of a shirley temple. The finish is dry and pleasant. This quaffer will hit the spot on a hot summer day. Pair it with grilled Weisswurst. Winemaker Notes: Dazzling in the glass, our 2010 Rosato is brilliant pale crimson, with floral, mineral and brambly aromas. On the palate it's off-dry with intense raspberry flavors and hints of savory spice. The wine is supple and smooth, finishing with a little bright acidity.
