Wine Review: This pink colored wine from Provence opens with a wild strawberry and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced wild strawberry with hints of peach and tangerine. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This wine would pair well with steamed Nova Scotia mussels. Enjoy - Ken
