Wine Review: A zesty and interesting Sauvignon Blanc from the Paso Robles region of California. In the glass it's a pale straw color, with aromas of ruby grapefruit, mango, pineapple, strawberry Twizzler, and gooseberry with a touch of lychee. It’s supple with a silky mouthfeel. The body is light with integrated medium-plus acidity. It is also well balanced, polished, and complex. There are flavors of McIntosh apple, lime zest, crushed stone, fresh grass, and nectarine pit with hints of lemon-lime and pineapple. The finish is bright, mouthwatering, and lingers for a while. Serve with sushi or creative maki roll. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of lime zest and pink grapefruit. This wine is bright and crisp with vibrant fruit, restrained alcohol and zesty acidity.
